Plâté understands the importance of art and culture in today’s society. In keeping with this, we believe in encouraging everyone – both the young and old to follow art classes.

Our instructors are well known artists and teachers – with many years of teaching experience. Our wish at Plâté is that participants in the art classes spend their time learning how to draw and paint, whilst enjoying themselves. Our art classes teach students realistic drawing and painting, and our curriculum includes portrait sketching, oil and water colour painting techniques and many more. The classes teach the student how to ‘see’ things in a new way, and help strengthen confidence which is a key component in artistic abilities.

We conduct these classes at our premises for adults and children separately once a week on Saturdays. Further information regarding Plâté’s art classes can be obtained from the reception counter or desk.
